Jacob is an associate at Goldsand Friedberg, where he advises healthcare and technology companies in all stages of growth on corporate and regulatory matters.
Before joining Goldsand Friedberg LLP, Jacob was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of McDermott Will & Schulte LLP, focusing on private equity transactions in the healthcare space.
Jacob graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he externed for the University of Virginia Physicians Group and served on the Articles Review Board for the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. He received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College.
