Madison is a Partner at Goldsand Friedberg. She advises healthcare clients at the forefront of technology and care delivery in all stages of growth and on a fractional general counsel basis.
Prior to joining Goldsand Friedberg, Madison practiced as Associate General Counsel at Vault Health, a virtual healthcare and decentralized clinical research platform. Before going in-house, she served on the healthcare regulatory teams at Goodwin Procter, LLP in New York, NY and Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, GA, advising clients on complex regulatory issues (e.g. telehealth, professional licensure, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine) in connection with internal compliance, mergers & acquisitions, as well as fundraising.

Madison graduated with a JD from University of Virginia School of law and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University, magna cum laude.
