Marc has specific expertise working with value-based care entities including managed care companies, ACOs, and provider organizations. Marc also has deep experience in healthcare corporate transactions, including sales of companies, purchase of companies, mergers and capital raises and all aspects of concierge Medicine.
He recently served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Genuine Health Group, LLC, a Miami based national MSO/ACO. He previously served as a Shareholder of Cozen O'Connor ranked among the top law firms in the country, where he specialized in healthcare. Marc also provides pro-bono assistance to several Miami organizations and generally provides advice to not for profit entities.
Marc earned his J.D. from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a member of the Florida Bar's Health Law section.
