Mary’s career spans founding and structuring companies, leading teams of attorneys at Centene (the nation's largest managed care organization), and serving as legal counsel to digital health companies, both in-house and externally. She has negotiated complex commercial agreements, structured strategic partnerships with insurance carriers and technology vendors, advised boards and C-suite executives on risk management, and provided expert legal counsel on key healthcare laws.

Mary learned early that you have to protect the business AND propel it forward. That's why she became an attorney who doesn't just say no to everything. Now she works with healthcare companies of all sizes—from nationwide medical practices to health tech startups—providing sophisticated legal counsel on corporate structure, commercial transactions, regulatory strategy, and business development. Mary serves as outside general counsel and a strategic advisor, delivering the legal expertise that drives growth while managing risk.

Prior to attending law school, Mary earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications, a program that fostered her ability to navigate complex business dynamics. Mary’s law school curriculum focused heavily on healthcare and elder law, earning her a Concentration in Elder Law with her Juris Doctorate. Her problem-solving abilities allow her to provide end-to-end solutions for all types of challenges.
