He has structured, negotiated and implemented successful corporate acquisitions and divestitures, turnarounds, joint ventures and partnerships and many other sophisticated corporate transactions.

Oscar is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida (B.A., cum laude) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., cum laude), where he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is fluent in Spanish.
