Zeke served as Chief Regulatory and Compliance Counsel at Papa, a national leader in technology-driven care for older adults, with an emphasis on addressing social determinants of health. Some of Zeke’s representative matters and accomplishments include the following:
Advising multi-state telehealth businesses on care delivery models, corporate practice of medicine, scope of practice, prescribing, reimbursement, business development, contracting, compliance, and expansion.
Providing regulatory counsel that supports scalable business growth.
Negotiating complex commercial agreements for healthcare clients.
Conducting diligence in connection with capital raises, contributing to valuations exceeding $1 billion.
Counseling telemedicine companies on fraud and abuse laws, privacy, government healthcare programs, and related regulatory matters.
Guiding clients through government, agency, and Senate investigations.
Education
Zeke graduated with a JD from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami.
